It really depends on personal preference, but if I had to choose, I would go with strawberries. I love their juicy sweetness and versatility in both sweet and savory dishes. Plus, they are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. However, raspberries are also delicious and have a slightly tart flavor that some people prefer. Ultimately, both berries are delicious and nutritious choices. **

Frozen raspberries are cheaper than fresh raspberries because they have a longer shelf life and are easier to transport and store. Additionally, frozen raspberries are often sold in bulk, which helps reduce the cost per unit. The cost of frozen raspberries for 125g would depend on the brand and quality, but on average, they could cost around $2 to $4. **

Raspberries are typically washed by placing them in a colander or strainer and rinsing them under cold running water. It is important to be gentle while washing raspberries to avoid damaging the delicate fruit. Some people also recommend soaking the raspberries in a bowl of water with a splash of vinegar to help remove any dirt or pesticides. After washing, the raspberries should be gently patted dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel before consuming or using in recipes. **

Blue raspberries are not a natural fruit; they are a flavor created by combining the taste of raspberries with blue food coloring. The flavor is commonly used in candies, drinks, and other food products to give them a unique and vibrant blue color. Despite their name, blue raspberries do not exist in nature, and the color is purely artificial. **

Raspberries are red due to the presence of pigments called anthocyanins. These pigments are responsible for the red, purple, and blue colors in many fruits and vegetables. Anthocyanins act as antioxidants, helping to protect the plant from damage caused by sunlight and other environmental stressors. In raspberries, the concentration of anthocyanins increases as the fruit ripens, resulting in the vibrant red color we see when they are fully mature. **
