This can vary depending on the specific area and its intended purpose, but typically it is when the majority of planned infrastructure and construction has been completed, and the area has become established and integrated into the surrounding community. You can find new friends in your area online by joining local community groups or forums on social media platforms such as Facebook or Nextdoor. You can also use apps specifically designed for connecting people in the same area, such as Meetup or Bumble BFF. Additionally, you can search for local events or activities on websites like Eventbrite or local community calendars to meet people with similar interests. Finally, consider reaching out to acquaintances or coworkers to see if they know of any local social groups or gatherings. **
