DS emulators themselves are legal, as they are simply software that allows a computer or other device to mimic the functionality of a Nintendo DS. However, downloading or distributing DS ROMs (which are copies of the games themselves) without owning the original game is illegal and a violation of copyright law. It is only legal to download and play DS ROMs if you own the original game. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the legal implications when using DS emulators and ROMs. **

To secure a license plate, one can use special anti-theft license plate screws that require a unique tool to remove. Additionally, one can also use license plate frames that cover the screw heads to prevent easy access for thieves. It is also recommended to park in well-lit areas and consider using security cameras or alarms to deter theft. Regularly checking the license plate to ensure it is securely fastened is also important in preventing theft. **

Nintendo DS games are saved on the DS using a combination of internal memory and external game cartridges. The DS has internal memory for saving game progress, but some games also use save files on the game cartridges themselves. When a player saves their game progress, the data is stored either in the internal memory or on the game cartridge, depending on the specific game. This allows players to continue their game from where they left off, even if they switch game cartridges. **

One way to secure a plate between table legs is to use a plate holder or stand. These are designed to hold plates in place and prevent them from sliding or falling. Another option is to use adhesive putty or non-slip pads to attach the plate to the table surface. Additionally, you can use a tablecloth or placemat with a non-slip backing to help keep the plate in place. Finally, if the table has a lip or edge, you can simply place the plate on the edge to keep it secure. **

A short-term license plate is typically issued for a temporary period, such as for a specific event or when a vehicle is being transported. It is not meant for long-term use and usually has an expiration date. On the other hand, a transfer license plate is used when transferring ownership of a vehicle from one person to another. It allows the new owner to drive the vehicle legally while they complete the registration process in their name. **
