The ultra compression feature of 7zip is designed to maximize file compression, but it does not inherently provide additional security. The security of the compressed files depends on the encryption and password protection settings applied by the user. If the user chooses to encrypt and password protect the files during the compression process, then the ultra compression feature can be used securely. However, if the user does not apply encryption and password protection, then the ultra compression alone does not guarantee security. **
