In general, once a customer has paid for furniture online, the store is obligated to fulfill the order and deliver the purchased items. Canceling the order after payment may be considered a breach of contract and could result in legal consequences for the store. However, there may be certain circumstances, such as a product being out of stock or a pricing error, that could allow the store to cancel the order and issue a refund. It's important for both the store and the customer to review the terms and conditions of the purchase to understand their rights and responsibilities in such situations. **

The quality of cat furniture can vary greatly depending on the materials used, construction, and design. It's important to consider factors such as stability, durability, and safety for your cat. Additionally, considering your cat's preferences and behavior can help determine if a particular piece of cat furniture is suitable. It's best to research and read reviews to make an informed decision about the quality and suitability of the cat furniture in question. **

New furniture can sometimes scare cats because it disrupts their familiar environment and can introduce new smells and textures. Cats are creatures of habit and can be sensitive to changes in their surroundings. They may need some time to adjust to the new furniture and may exhibit signs of fear or anxiety initially. It's important to give them time and space to acclimate to the changes and provide them with reassurance and comfort during the transition. **

Yes, my cat has scratched furniture and walls. Despite having a scratching post, my cat still occasionally chooses to scratch the furniture and walls. I have tried using deterrent sprays and double-sided tape to protect the furniture, but the behavior persists. I continue to redirect my cat to the scratching post and provide positive reinforcement when she uses it, but it's an ongoing challenge. **

Cats scratch furniture for a few reasons. One reason is to sharpen their claws and remove the outer layer of their nails. Scratching also helps cats stretch their bodies and mark their territory with scent glands in their paws. Additionally, cats may scratch furniture out of boredom or to release excess energy. Providing cats with appropriate scratching posts and regularly trimming their nails can help redirect this behavior. **

Cats scratch furniture for a few reasons. First, it helps them to maintain their claws by removing the outer sheath and keeping them sharp. Second, it's a way for them to mark their territory, as their paws have scent glands that leave their scent behind. Finally, scratching can be a way for cats to stretch and exercise their muscles. Providing a scratching post or pad can help redirect this behavior away from furniture. **
